1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how LTA Group ("Nexus", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website or use the Nexus service. It applies to the public website, account areas, integrations, and related support interactions.
By using Nexus, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. This policy is a general description of our practices and should be reviewed with qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which you operate.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: your email address, login credentials, authentication identifiers, and profile details you choose to provide through email or Discord sign-in.
- Workspace data: inventory, listings, sales, orders, expenses, income, categories, notes, and other business records you add to Nexus.
- Uploaded content: receipts, invoices, product images, and other files you upload or attach to your workspace.
- Support information: messages and details you share when you ask for help or contact us.
Information from connected services
If you connect an outside service, we receive the information needed to provide the feature you requested. Depending on the connection, this may include eBay or StockX account and listing data, order and message data, OAuth access or refresh tokens, or IMAP connection details and order-confirmation emails. You can disconnect an integration from your Nexus settings or revoke access through the relevant third-party service.
Billing and payment information
Subscriptions and payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment-card and billing information directly. We generally receive limited billing details such as your Stripe customer identifier, subscription status, selected plan, and transaction-related records; we do not store your full payment-card number.
Technical information
We may receive standard technical information when you use the website or service, such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate activity timestamps, pages or features requested, and diagnostic or security logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts and authenticate users;
- provide inventory, listing, order, finance, and reporting tools;
- sync information with third-party services at your direction;
- process subscriptions, payments, taxes, and billing support;
- respond to questions and provide customer support;
- monitor performance, prevent fraud, and protect the service;
- improve features, reliability, and user experience; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may use service providers to process information on our behalf for the purposes described in this policy.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers: vendors that help us host the service, provide authentication and storage, process payments, deliver email, secure the service, or provide support.
- Connected platforms: eBay, StockX, email providers, and other services you choose to connect, only as needed to perform the requested integration.
- Legal and safety recipients: regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.
- Business-transfer recipients: a successor or transaction partner if Nexus or substantially all of its assets is reorganized, merged, financed, or sold.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Nexus uses essential cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in, remember necessary preferences, and protect account security. Third-party services used for authentication, billing, or integrations may set their own cookies or collect information under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain an account and its records, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting requirements, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we may delete it or retain it in a de-identified or securely archived form.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain uses of your personal information. You can update much of your account and workspace information from within the service, disconnect integrations from settings, and manage billing through Stripe's customer portal.
To ask a privacy question or submit a request, contact us through the official Nexus Discord community. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Children's privacy
Nexus is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us through the official Nexus Discord community so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. International processing and third parties
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Third-party websites and platforms linked or connected through Nexus have their own terms and privacy policies; this policy does not control their practices.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Your continued use of Nexus after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
For privacy questions or requests, contact LTA Group through the official Nexus Discord community.
